At BEAUTIFULFLWRS, we are committed to delivering fresh, beautiful flowers to your doorstep with care. We understand the importance of timely and secure delivery for your special occasions.

2. Delivery Areas

We offer delivery to Johannesburg. Please enter the recipient's full address at checkout to confirm if we deliver to that location.

  • Local Delivery: We use our own dedicated delivery team to ensure optimal freshness and handling.

3. Delivery Days and Times

  • Standard Delivery Days: We deliver Monday to Saturday, depending on your operations.

  • Standard Delivery Hours: Our typical delivery hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM SAST

  • Holiday Deliveries: During peak floral holidays (e.g., Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas), we highly recommend placing your order well in advance. Due to high volume, specific delivery times may not be guaranteed, and delivery windows might be extended. Please check our website for specific holiday delivery schedules and cut-off times.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Delivery Fees: Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery address and the total order value. The exact fee will be displayed at checkout.

  • Free Delivery: We Offer free delivery for orders over a certain amount : Free delivery for orders over R1000

5. Order Processing & Tracking

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within [ 1 business day] of placement during our operating hours.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed successfully.

  • Shipment Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email.

  • Recipient Contact: In some cases, our florist or delivery person may contact the recipient directly to ensure they will be available to receive the delivery, especially for time-sensitive deliveries or if there are access issues.

6. Delivery Protocol

  • Recipient Availability: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the recipient will be available at the provided address to accept the delivery.

  • If No One is Home:

    • Depending on the delivery location and weather conditions, our delivery person may leave the flowers in a safe, shaded location (e.g., at the doorstep, with a neighbor, or with a reception desk for businesses/apartments) if they believe it is secure and the flowers will not be damaged.

    • If no safe place is available, or if the delivery person deems it unsafe to leave the flowers, they will attempt to contact the recipient or sender.

    • If delivery cannot be completed on the first attempt, a re-delivery fee may apply for subsequent attempts. We will contact you to arrange a suitable time.

  • Incorrect Addresses: If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided by the customer, leading to a failed delivery or delivery to the wrong address, the customer assumes full responsibility for the purchase. A re-delivery fee and/or an address correction fee may apply. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Recipient Refusal: If the recipient refuses to accept the delivery, you may be held fully liable for the cost of the gift.

  • P.O. Boxes / APO/FPO Addresses: We are unable to deliver fresh flowers to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to the perishable nature of our products.

7. Freshness Guarantee & Returns Policy

  • Freshness Guarantee: We are committed to delivering the freshest, most beautiful flowers. We source our flowers daily and pack them with care to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Many of our flowers are sent in bud form to maximize their vase life for the recipient.

  • Damaged or Unfresh Flowers: In the rare event that your flowers arrive damaged or do not meet our freshness standards, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) with accompanying photographic evidence. We will gladly arrange for a replacement bouquet or a refund, at our discretion.

  • Non-Refundable Situations:

    • As flowers are perishable, we generally do not offer refunds or returns for reasons of personal preference (e.g., "not liking" the arrangement) or if the flowers have not been cared for properly after delivery. Please refer to our flower care instructions for tips on how to prolong the life of your blooms.

    • Orders with incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

    • Flowers that have been tampered with or improperly stored after delivery.

  • Substitutions: Due to seasonal availability and the fresh nature of flowers, occasional substitutions of specific flower types or colors may be necessary. We will always endeavor to substitute with flowers of equal or greater value and maintain the overall style and color scheme of the original arrangement. We will try to contact you if a significant substitution is required.

8. Order Alterations and Cancellations

  • Same-Day Orders: Same-day orders are processed immediately and generally cannot be changed or canceled once confirmed.

  • Advance Orders: For orders scheduled for future delivery, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes or cancel.

    • Cancellations requested at least [24-48 hours]prior to the scheduled delivery date may be eligible for a full refund.

    • Cancellations requested less than [24 hours] before delivery may incur a cancellation fee or be non-refundable, especially if the arrangement has already been prepared or is en route.

    • Once an order has been delivered or delivery has been attempted, it cannot be canceled.
